We do not collect any personal information from users. Lens operates entirely in your browser and does not transmit or store any data externally. Any information viewed or used within the extension remains within your Microsoft Dynamics 365 session and is never accessed by our systems.
How We Use Your Information
We do not use, store, or transmit any of your CRM data. All operations performed by Lens are local and read-only, based on authenticated sessions with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Lens simply enhances your CRM experience by presenting visual overlays and insights — nothing more.
If you choose to contact us via email or a contact form, we may use that info to respond to inquiries, but we do not use it for marketing or analytics.
Payment Information
We use Stripe to process payments securely. When you make a purchase on our platform, your payment information (such as credit card details) is collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full payment details. We only receive limited information from Stripe necessary for us to:
Confirm your payment was successful,
Provide you with invoices or receipts,

Lens is built with a privacy-first architecture. We do not store or transmit your CRM data outside your browser.
Authentication is securely handled using Microsoft’s OAuth2 flow. No credentials or CRM data ever touch our servers — in fact, we don’t even run a backend.
While no system is 100% secure, Lens reduces risk by minimizing data exposure and operating entirely within the user’s browser session.

Lens does not share your data with any third parties, because we don’t store or access it to begin with.
