Indroduction
Welcome to Lens ("we", "our", or "us"), a Chrome extension developed by NordCFO LLC for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lens extension, website, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By installing, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
Service Description
Lens is a browser extension for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales designed to enhance your CRM experience by providing visualization and analytics capabilities. The Service operates entirely within your browser and does not transmit or store your CRM data outside of your authenticated session.
User Registration and Account Security
Authentication Requirements: To use Lens, you must authenticate through Microsoft's OAuth2 flow. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Microsoft Dynamics 365 credentials.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you should notify us immediately.
Eligibility: You must be a licensed user of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right to access your organization's Dynamics 365 environment.
Intellectual Property
Ownership: The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by NordCFO LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Restrictions: You may not:
Modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law

You agree not to use the Service to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon any third-party rights
Transmit any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, or other harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any systems or networks connected to the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
Any errors or defects will be corrected
The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
The results of using the Service will meet your requirements
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL NORDCFO LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
Any content obtained from the Service
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NordCFO LLC and its licensors, service providers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Changes to Service
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via the Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NordCFO LLC regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
